p\u00e5 39mm s\u00e5 f\u00e5r den\u00a0 enligt ber\u00e4kningarna en resonansfrekvens p\u00e5 156.4Hz<a href=\"http:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_20C.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-213\" title=\"0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_20C\" src=\"http:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_20C-300x221.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"177\" srcset=\"https:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_20C-300x221.png 300w, https:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_20C.png 864w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>H\u00f6jer vi temperaturen\u00a0 till +100\u00b0C (vilket \u00e4r runt den troliga arbetstemperaturen) s\u00e5 kan man r\u00e4kna fram att ventilens l\u00e4ngd har \u00f6kat med 0.054mm till 39.054mm samt att den har tappat ca4%\u00a0 i elasticitetsmodul\u00a0 vilket ger 182.4Gpa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_100C.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-215\" title=\"0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_100C\" src=\"http:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_100C-300x221.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"177\" srcset=\"https:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_100C-300x221.png 300w, https:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_100C.png 863w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Anv\u00e4nder vi dom siffrorna s\u00e5 ser vi att resonansfrekvensen sjunkit med 3.6Hz till 152.8Hz, ingen extrem skillnad men \u00e4nd\u00e5 bra att ha i \u00e5tanke.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00f6jer vi temperaturen med ytterligare\u00a0 100\u00b0C till +200\u00b0C s\u00e5 f\u00e5r den en fri l\u00e4ngd p\u00e5 39.121mm, elasticitetsmodul p\u00e5 175Gpa, vilket ger en\u00a0 frekvens p\u00e5 149.2Hz<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_200C.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-214 alignright\" title=\"0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_200C\" src=\"http:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_200C-300x221.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"177\" srcset=\"https:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_200C-300x221.png 300w, https:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/0.3mm_39mm_ss2331_200C.png 864w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Som kuriosa kan man n\u00e4mna att om motorn med en l\u00e4ngd p\u00e5 3m \u00f6kar i temperatur fr\u00e5n 0\u00b0C till +700 s\u00e5 blir motorn 27mm l\u00e4ngre, det \u00e4r definitivt v\u00e4rt att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 vid designen.<\/p>\n<p>Den andra saken jag jobbat p\u00e5 \u00e4r en del till diffusern som ska sitta alldeles bakom ventilpaketet f\u00f6r att minska turbulensen hos luften\u00a0 n\u00e4r den passerar genom ventilerna, vilket f\u00f6rhoppningsvis ska \u00f6vers\u00e4tta till mer dragkraft\/l\u00e4gre br\u00e4nslef\u00f6rbrukning vilket man inte tackar nej till p\u00e5 en motor som ber\u00e4knas dra 6-800Liter bensin per timme.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/diffuser-016.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-219 alignright\" title=\"diffuser_prototype\" src=\"http:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/diffuser-016-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/diffuser-016-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/diffuser-016-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/diffuser-016.jpg 1408w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>F\u00f6rst tillverkades en testbit f\u00f6r att se om det skulle g\u00e5 att tillverka  biten\u00a0 som t\u00e4nkt, och det gick utan st\u00f6rre problem.<\/p>\n<p>Delen fr\u00e4stes ur samma 30mm rundst\u00e5ng som dom riktiga  bitarna ska tillverkas av.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4refter\u00a0 var det <a href=\"http:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/diffusor-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-209\" title=\"diffuser (1)\" src=\"http:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/diffusor-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/diffusor-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/diffusor-1.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>dags att tillverka en &#8221;skarp&#8221;
