Det \u00e4r en liten brytning i b\u00f6rjan av kurvan. Fj\u00e4drarna g\u00e5r en smula tyngre fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan av n\u00e5gon anledning. Inget som f\u00e5r mig att oroas \u00f6ver vare sig st\u00f6td\u00e4mparna eller min m\u00e4tutrustning. Jo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Om vi drar en r\u00e4t linje fr\u00e5n startpunkten (0 mm) till slutpunkten (40 mm) s\u00e5 f\u00e5r vi en fj\u00e4derkonstant p\u00e5 ungef\u00e4r 179 kN\/m. Detta ger ett visst fel ungef\u00e4r i mitten av m\u00e4tomr\u00e5det eftersom fj\u00e4dern inte beter sig helt linj\u00e4rt.<\/li>\n<li>Fj\u00e4derkraften n\u00e4r d\u00e4mparen \u00e4r n\u00e4stan helt utsl\u00e4ppt \u00e4r ungef\u00e4r 110kg<\/li>\n<li>Fj\u00e4derkraften n\u00e4r d\u00e4mparen \u00e4r helt komprimerad (ihoptryckt 40mm) \u00e4r ungef\u00e4r\u00a0 830kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ska vi vara lite kluriga och kolla hur mycket st\u00f6td\u00e4mparen \u00e4r ihoptryckt n\u00e4r fj\u00e4derkraften (kraft anges i Newton, men vi kan ju r\u00e4kna om) \u00e4r 980 lbs\/444 kg som st\u00e5r angivet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.motorhandel.se\/stotdampare\/stotdampare-260mm-50.0.5641.1.php\" target=\"_blank\">h\u00e4r<\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Kollar vi i tabellen s\u00e5 ser vi att kraften vid nollpunkten var 1000 N. Fj\u00e4derkonstanten \u00e4r 179 kN\/m eller 179000 N\/m. Om vi f\u00f6r en given fj\u00e4derkonstant och kraft vill r\u00e4kna ut &#8221;ihoptryckningen&#8221; s\u00e5 anv\u00e4nder vi f\u00f6ljande formel:<\/p>\n<p>x = (F &#8211;\u00a0 F0) \/ 179000, d\u00e4r x \u00e4r &#8221;ihoptryckningen&#8221; i meter, F \u00e4r kraften i Newton och F0 \u00e4r kraften i Newton n\u00e4r d\u00e4mparen \u00e4r helt utsl\u00e4ppt. 444 kg motsvarar p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra breddgrader ungef\u00e4r 444 * 9,82 = 4360 N. D\u00e5 kan vi r\u00e4kna ut x:<\/p>\n<p>x = (4360 &#8211; 1000) \/ 179000 =~0.0189 m =~ 19mm<\/p>\n<p>Ser ut att st\u00e4mma skapligt mot grafen ovan.
