fredagspyssel och br\u00e4nslefunderingar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ett lite sent inl\u00e4gg d\u00e5 det handlar om fredagspyssel och inte s\u00f6ndagsplock, men b\u00e4ttre sen \u00e4n aldrig som dom brukar s\u00e4ga. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Fredagens pyssel var att tillverka h\u00e5llarna f\u00f6r de 12 br\u00e4nslespridare som ska f\u00f6rse motorn med allt br\u00e4nsle den beh\u00f6ver, som spridare har vi t\u00e4nkt anv\u00e4nda samma typ av munstycken som sitter i oljebr\u00e4nnare, fast en aning st\u00f6rre \u00e4n som som sitter i dom flesta pannor f\u00f6r villabruk.<\/p>\n<p>Problemet \u00e4r att dom \u00e4r g\u00e4ngade med en lite udda g\u00e4nga, n\u00e4mligen UNEF 9\/16&#8243;-24,\u00a0 och eftersom jag inte tagit mig i kragen och skaffa n\u00e5gon egen g\u00e4ngtapp sedan f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret s\u00e5 blev det att l\u00e5na fr\u00e5n Anders i <a title=\"http:\/\/mobackenracing.se\" href=\"http:\/\/mobackenracing.se\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/mobackenracing.se<\/a> som lyckligtvis hade en g\u00e4ngtapp sedan tidigare.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e5llarna tillverkades av 16mm syrafast (ss2343) som jag\u00a0 hade n\u00e5gra spillbitar liggandes av.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rjade med att borra med en 13.2mm borr och sedan g\u00e4nga f\u00f6r munstycket, efter det s\u00e5 borrades ett 8mm h\u00e5l fr\u00e5n sidan s\u00e5 att h\u00e5llaren passar mot de 8mm br\u00e4nsler\u00f6r\u00a0 som ska anv\u00e4ndas.<\/p>\n<p>Till sist s\u00e5 stacks biten av fr\u00e5n st\u00e5ngen, d\u00e5 fick man i princip en fungerande h\u00e5llare men som skulle ge on\u00f6digt mycket luftmotst\u00e5nd\u00a0 och d\u00e4rmed f\u00f6rluster, f\u00f6r att minska luftmotst\u00e5ndet best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra baksidan n\u00e5got mer str\u00f6mlinjeformad.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra det p\u00e5 ett enkelt s\u00e4tt s\u00e5 sp\u00e4ndes ett gammalt br\u00e4nnarmunstycke upp i chucken och bitarna kunde d\u00e4rmed enkelt g\u00e4ngas p\u00e5 den utstickande g\u00e4ngan.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan svarvades en passande radie p\u00e5 baksidan av h\u00e5llaren , men nog mycket material sparades s\u00e5 att munstyckena h\u00e5lls kvar p\u00e5 spridarr\u00f6ren, eller som det brukar kallas i racingkretsar &#8221;fuel rails&#8221;.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-304 gallery-columns-3 ganska rej\u00e4lt med br\u00e4nsle s\u00e5 blir det lite utav en utmaning.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 vi fortfarande inte kunnat provk\u00f6ra den s\u00e5 vet vi inte exakt hur mycket den kommer att dra vid full effekt, men vi kan ber\u00e4kna en ungef\u00e4rlig f\u00f6rbrukning baserad p\u00e5 data fr\u00e5n tester som som amerikanarna utf\u00f6rde p\u00e5 motorn fr\u00e5n den Tyska V-1&#8217;an under och efter andra v\u00e4rdskriget.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/svarthaletracing.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/fuel_consumption.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium d\u00e5 en pound dragkraft\u00a0 \u00e4r ca 4.45N s\u00e5 kan vi r\u00e4kna ut\u00a0 att\u00a0 med v\u00e5ra t\u00e4nkta 1500N s\u00e5 f\u00e5r vi en maximal f\u00f6rbrukning p\u00e5 ca615 Kg bensin per timma.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 bensin har en densitet p\u00e5 719.7 kg\/m3 f\u00e5r vi en maximal teoretisk f\u00f6rbrukning p\u00e5 855L\/h,\u00a0 vi f\u00f6rhoppningsvis f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrat br\u00e4nsleekonomin n\u00e5got med en del \u00e4ndringar av designen men det ger oss en fingervisning om var f\u00f6rbrukningen kan komma att ligga.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att l\u00e4ttare kunna j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra fl\u00f6det hos olika munstycken och vid olika tryck s\u00e5 kn\u00e5pades ett excel-dokument ihop, h\u00e4r kan ni b\u00e5de se fl\u00f6det f\u00f6r ett munstycke i grafen l\u00e4ngst ner och fl\u00f6det f\u00f6r alla tolv\u00a0 lite l\u00e4ngre upp, b\u00e5da v\u00e4rdena \u00e4r i liter\/timme och gal\/h v\u00e4rdet \u00e4r bara m\u00e4rkningen p\u00e5 munstyckena.<a \u00f6kade trycket i f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningskammaren vid varje &#8221;puls&#8221; g\u00f6ra att fl\u00f6det kommer bli n\u00e5got l\u00e4gre men d\u00e5 vi hoppas p\u00e5 en l\u00e4gre f\u00f6rbrukning s\u00e5 hamnar vi troligtvis ganska r\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>Vi kan \u00e4ven se att vid 1 bars som \u00e4r det l\u00e4gsta tryck vi testat att munstyckena ger en bra dimma vid s\u00e5\u00a0 f\u00e5r vi ett fl\u00f6de p\u00e5 390L\/h\u00a0 vilket b\u00f6r ge m\u00f6jlighet att b\u00e5de\u00a0 starta och varmk\u00f6ra den p\u00e5 l\u00e5geffekt\u00a0 innan man beger sig iv\u00e4g ut p\u00e5 banan utan att g\u00f6ra slut p\u00e5 allt br\u00e4nsle, det kan \u00e4ven vara bra f\u00f6r att kunna begr\u00e4nsa hastigheten under racet. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Som kuriosa kan jag n\u00e4mna att om vi nu f\u00e5r en f\u00f6rbrukning p\u00e5 855L\/h och br\u00e4nslet \u00e4r bensin med ett energiinneh\u00e5ll p\u00e5 34.8MJ\/L s\u00e5 ger det en\u00a0 v\u00e4rmeutveckling p\u00e5 ca 8.2MW, borde i alla
